What pokemon can breed with Eevee to get an Eevee that knows wish?

But have you ever tried to breed Jirachi? It's a legendary Pokemon. YOU CAN'T.
Have you tried to breed Pokemon of different breeding groups, like Xatu and Eeve are? YOU CAN'T.
For a list of Pokemon in eevee's breeding group, go to serebii, they should have it. Find a Pokemon in that group that can learn wish. Get a male of that Pokemon, teach it wish, and breed it with a female eeveelution. Vwala, eevee with wish.

Here's how it goes:
Step one: breed male togitec that knows wish with female skitty/delcatty.u should have a skitty with wish.
This next step is a bit tricky, since you have a low chance of you're skitty being male.
Step two: Breed male skitty that knows which with female evee/jolteon/vapereon/flareon/espeon/umbreon. Volia! a whishing evee!
