I probably can't afford to get much in the way of 2 Glaceon Lv. Xs and stuff, but this is my planned decklist for Eevee with a modified ball engine. I chose to run Phione>Pachi cuz it's more useful in evolving Eevee, Eevee can easily search for more Eevee, Roseanne's to get more Eevee/Baltoy and a Phione out if needed. Master/Dusk/Quick for the ball engine, Celio's in case. I can't get much DRE/Scramble, so those are limited.
