"End of turn" & Stadiums

Some stadiums say "once during your turn" could they be activated during your "end of turn" before between turn actions.

example:
Stadium :
Burned Tower
Once during each players turn. that player may flip a coin. If heads, the player searches his or her discard pile for a basic energy card. etc.....

lets say player A attacks and has to discard an energy.
during Player As' end of turn could he/she use the stadium before between turn actions are done.

"End of turn" is still considered part af that players turn.
"Burned Tower" has a "may" statement.

So what would be the correct ruling?????

You can't do any other action after you attack.

Pokemon does not have loopholes.
