"Energy movement"

Hey people, I'm having a doubt:
can you use meganium prime's pokebody "leaf trans" to move rainbow energies (or any other unlimitted energy card that provides all types of energy)???

Another one, if i have an active glaceon lvl x and my oponents tries to unown d's poke power "dark" (when he is played to the bench, the owner can take a darkness energy from his deck and add it to his/her hand), is that power triggered or not?
i Would believe it's not since glaceon lvlx denies all poke powers from my oponent's pokemon. On the other hand, my friend says unown can activate it's effect since "unown is an incoming pokemon" that was not in play when glaceon started cancelling all powers

what's the result of this and why? please, i do need this answer because it's an everyday situation with my friend XD

Yes, the Trans question an everyday situation.
That is why the ruling for this is found in the Compendium:

http://compendium.pokegym.net/compendium-lvx.html#54

This link is to the section on Energy Trans, which is the name for the same Power when Base Set Venusaur had it.
One of the rulings covers your question.

It's good to use the Compendium as a resource.

You are correct about Glaceon. If Powers are shut off, they are shut off.
It's an effect sitting on Glaceon, so it doesn't matter if a Pokemon was in play when Glaceon started the effect. All that matters is that Glaceon is active.
This concept is also in the Compendium, but I'll let you explore and find it and lots of other game concepts nailed down.
