The strategy is to stall with Linoone, which is a fast beast and then get a Sceptile on the bench, and a chancey EX. Get the chancey active and start unleashing chaos. Healing everyturn with lum berry, pokemon center, or scoop up. Sceptile allows grass to move off of chancey and onto something with no damage counters on it, so that chancey can then be scooped or centered for no cost.

Ah, Energy Trans. One of the first archetypes, and Nintendo revived it. For this deck, beware of Hitmonchan EX. Not sure what to suggest for it, though. Instead of Warp Point, use Double Gust. Remember, Double Gust + Switch = Gust of Wind. Otherwise, looks good.

If double gust is available to use. Right now, I guess it is, but whenever Nintendo says what modified will be, theres small chance it will, so I am planning for that.
