Espeon Sunlight Veil

Sulight Veil- Each of your Pokemon that evolves from Evee gets +20 HP. You can't use more than one Sunlight Veil Poke-Body each turn.

Can Espeon's Sunlight Veil Poke-Body accumulate HP? I know I can only use it once each turn, but on my next turn am I able to add another +20 HP to the evolved Evee's that have been in play?

That text just means that it doesn't stack.
You don't choose to use a Poke Body. It happens automatically and has to be constantly maintaining it's effect from one turn to the next.
