EX-on Dark Slowking
This deck is built around my favorite card, Dark Slowking, from Team Rocket Returns. This was also the card I used to win my first tournament in 2004!

Strategy
The idea of the deck is to get a Dark Slowking active with a Rocket's Hideout as the stadium. This puts Dark Slowkinh at 100 HP and you can attach a Cessation Crytsal to shut off Powers/Bodies or attach either Expert Belt or Energy Root and have 120 HP. Department Store Girl is for searching tools to use for Litter and Castaway is a lesser version of that. The reason I run 1 Celio's network is in case I miraculously get all the cards in my opening hand beside a way to search for Dark Slowking, I can use Sableye to impersonate it.
Ideal Opening Hands
1. Sableye - Stormfront
2. Swoop! Teleporter
3. Dark Slowking/Luxury Ball/Rocket's Poke Ball/Celio's Network*
4. Darkness Energy (Special)/Psychic Energy/Roseanne's Research*/Castaway*
*If not in hand, can be searched by Sableye with Impersonate
This is the best possible hand for a Turn 2 Dark Slowking powered up. What I would do is play Sableye down with a Darkness Energy and Impersonate a Department Store Girl and get Cessation and 2 other tools. Next turn, which is turn 2, I swoop it into Slowpoke, play Dark Slowking, play Cessation Crystal, and then Castaway or Roseanne's for the 2nd energy and turn 2 90 damage and no Powers and bodies.
