Fake card or not??

My Question about a card is this:

I bought a Salamence Ex card from the EX Dragon Frontier series.
This card is just like any other Rare card from this serie.
is this normal or is it a fake card, because EX cards are known to be shining allaround the sides
The pictures has signs of a copy........the Holofoil copied on paper.

Somebody help me Please.
I can send a scan of this card.

if it has the same border as the other holofoil rares from that set,then yes,it is real.
the ex's from that set have the same foil border as SOME of the rare holos fromthe set.
 
The edges are a bit cut off in that scan, but you can see that it is a pearly-sheen border, not a holofoil border.
