"Fastwave"

I have a question on the effect of Fastwave (As seen on Arceus :water:).

Fastwave's effect: This attack's damage isn't affected by Resistance, Poke-powers, Poke-Bodies, or any other effects on the Defending Pokemon.

If I use Fastwave, will it...

1) Double (Or +##)against a pokemon with weakness to the attacking pokemon?

2) Be affected by Expert Belt or Special Dark Energy (If used by a Zoroark to get the :dark: bonus)?

3) Be affected by the effects of Special Metal Energy on a :metal: pokemon?

My main concern is the Weakness modifier, as it isn't specifically listed in the effect while Resistance is. The other two I would imagine are Yes and No respectively, but I just want to be sure.

Thank you!

1. Yes. Weakness is not an effect and it's not listed as being ignored.
2. That's damage going the other way. That has nothing to do with the damage that Fastwave is doing.
3. That's an effect on the Defending Pokemon that it would get to ignore.
