If I use Feed Back on a dark pokemon would the resistance reduce damage?

By default you apply weakness and resistance for all attacks that do X damage. You don't apply weakness and resistance if there is an effect from a card in play that specifically states not to apply weakness and resistance.

Feedback does not do damage. Feedback is pure effect and places damage counters. So no resistance and no protection from metal either.

yeah, anything that places damage counters cannot be stopped..........

like attaching a rainbow to a steel type that already has a metal on it.............. it would still add the damage since metal reduces damage done, not a damage counter

    same argument, same result
