An Indianapolis Tournament Organizer and Pokémon Professor named Dennis Gill is doing his part to help bring more tournaments into Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. Currently, this TO is planning on holding a sanctioned tournament once a month at GameWorks Studio @ Circle Centre Mall. This venue holds 100 participants in a multi-tiered auditorium.
Right now, Professor Gill is looking for dedicated souls to compete in these Circle City Tournaments and fill those seats! Also, anyone who wishes to assist in running these tournaments would be greatly appreciated.
What else can you do to help? Play in these events! Tell your Poké Pals to attend these events. Make a weekend trip to participate, and check out scenic Indianapolis. (And, if you find a scenic part of Indianapolis, let me know, cause I'd like to see it :wink
. The more players that show, the better prizes we can get for future tournaments! And who knows, maybe good attendance will help us get a few other events and such brought to Central Indiana, too...
The next tournament will be held on Saturday, July 16th, at GameWorks Studio @ Circle Centre Mall at 11 AM. The first 36 participants will each receive an EX Emerald Booster Pack. Prizes for first, second, and third place will be an amount of EX Emerald Booster Packs based on participation. The prizes with the minimum participants (8) will be six for first, four for second, and three for third.
