Flashback to the days of Erika's Victrebell (EX-RS)
you all may remember when gym sets were legal, Erika's Victrebell did the exact same effect, flip for GOW once per turn. This new victrebell also isn't incredily terrible if it actually has to fight as well. I added Umbron to go with it (shadow bind) cause it seemed to fit the theme. Only thing that has to stay is the Victrebell though, so tear this apart please. Keep in mind it is made for EX-RS (BP included).
