Foul play vs bent spoon??

No, not at all.
Nothing is being "done to" the Pokemon by Foul Play copying the text.
Of course, whatever Foul Play actually does, only damage can be done to that defending Pokemon, as normal.
But if the attack copied says "draw 3 cards" or something like that, that will still happen since, again, it's not being "done to" the defending Pokemon

[ok what if foul play is done to a mega mewtwo psychic inffinity with bent spoon attached? Will foul play do the damage calculations of the attack depending on the energys attached to both pokemon?
