Foul Play with Dragon Rush

Hello,

If I use Foul Play to select Dragon Rush.
What is the effect on Zoroark for the next turn :
_can he use Foul Play again, and select Dragon Rush again ?
_can he use Foul Play again, but not select Dragon Rush ?
_can't he use Foul Play again ?
_Obi Wan Kenobi ?
(Assuming, as any attack effect, that it can be removed by a switch/whatever.)

You copy the entire attack, including all effects.
The attack says it can't use Dragon Rush next turn.
Zoroark can attack the next turn, it just can't use a Dragon Rush again, even if one is available to copy.
