Friend having issues with rankings, might not make it to Nationals

Hello there, I have an issue. According to the P!P rankings, a friend of mine who has made top cut three times in the Chicago area has been marked as "Not Opted Into Rankings" in the rankings after having been opted in earlier this year. He cannot access his P!P account because he has no computer at home and when he signed up for league a few years ago, he was signed up by someone other than the current league professor. I went through rankings today after finishing 2nd at the Battle Roads in Chicago. He finished 4th to go along with a Top 32 finish in a Spring Regionals and a Top 8 Cities finish earlier this year. Now he's worried that he may not be able to go to Nationals due to this issue.

Anyone got any suggestions for how I can fix this major problem before Nationals?

if so, then all you can do is wait. how are people here on the 'gym supposed to be able to do more than the dedicated support site representatives can?

If you head over the a site that will remain unnamed, and read a certain thread in the Sour Grapes subforum, you'd see why players look for help and information in places other than the "official" outlets.

I will admit it, he didn't exactly have enough sense to go and check out the library on his own...
