raichous and magnetons are the main attackers, kangaskahn porygon electabuzz and meoths are the stallers since kangastan and meowth can draw cards with the 4 bills it dosent need to many other trainers to draw cards its main weakness is fighting decks porygon with its convertion 1 can change a fighting pokemons weakness to electric and with its free retreat cost can hopefully keep that happining but thats only 1 card so it still can`t do to much against fighting decks.

Like I said on your psychic deck, your Pokemon and Energy counts are way too high. The main Electric cards people use these days are Base Electabuzz, Electabuzz EX, Rocket's Zapdos, and occasionally Lt. Surge's Raichu. That's about it. About the only Colorless Pokemon I ever see in Unlimited are Wigglytuff, Clefable, and Chansey.
