REGISTRATION: Sunday, November 16, 2014 @ 3:30 to 4 PM ET

TIME: Sunday, November 16, 2014 @ 4 to 10 PM ET

ADMISSION: $5 USD

REQUIREMENTS: For Mario Kart Wii and Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Project M, a Nintendo GameCube or Wii controller. For Pokemon, a Nintendo 2DS/3DS console and a copy of the Pokemon X or Y video game. For Super Smash Brothers 3DS, a Nintendo 2DS/3DS console and a copy of the video game.

DETAILS: This is a casual video gaming event that features Mario Kart Wii, Pokemon X & Y and Super Smash Brothers (3DS & Brawl: Project M). However, tournaments may be organized based upon interest.

DISCLAIMER: If applicable and prior to participation to ensure fairness and to reduce the chance of malfunctions during the event, remember to update the console(s) and the games(s) with the most recently available patch(es). Also remember to fully charge and/or have fresh batteries in the console and/or controller as electrical outlet and additional battery availability may be limited.

NOTE: Each admission fee will pay the cost of partaking in food and beverages at our host location. Each participant will be eligible to receive a cup for unlimited fountain drinks and half of a Big Square Deal pizza. Substitutions may be permitted, within reason. Additional parking can be found behind the restaurant.

POKEMON DETAILS: For this event to be officially sanctioned so that participants may receive a play point; there must be at least eight registered participants. New participants will be issued a player identification number.

SSB RULES: Swiss rounds & standard rules - Five (5) stock, no computer controlled players, all objects set to medium and arenas selected at random. Conducted via local play.

SSBB:pM RULES: Swiss rounds & modified rules - Four (4) stock, no computer controlled players, all objects set to off/none, arenas selected at random and no super-sized characters. Conducted via local play.
