Im new to the PTCGO, but have been dominating with my deck that I've built and would like to know my overall win/loss. Is there a way to check this?

Also, I have only won about 35 games but I'm going up against people who have won over 2 or 300, how does the ranking system work with pairings? Is there even one?
 
After you log in to the Pokemon site, click on the "My Play! Pokemon" tab. Scroll down and you will see your won/lost stats.

If you defeat a person with higher ranking than you, you get more points than average, and the inverse is also true. If you click on "My Ratings History" (in the menu at the left) you can see how much you went up or down after each game, and how what your opponent's ranking was.

He's talking about the online game, not the real life game. I don't know how to view it online, sorry.
