    Pokemon: 21
    Sandstorm:
    Gardevoir EX x1
    Wynaut x2
    Natu x2
    Xatu x1

    EX R&S:
    Ralts (#66 x1, #67 x1, #68 x2)
    Kirlia (#34 x1, #35 x1)
    Gardevoir (#7) x1
    Mewtwo EX x1

    Neo Destiny:
    Gastly (#65) x2
    Dark Haunter (#35) x1
    Dark Gengar (#6) x1

    Neo Revelation:
    Celebi (#3)

    Fossil:
    Haunter (#21) x1
    Gengar (#20) x1

    Trainers: 7
    Energy Removal 2 (EX R&S, x1)
    Energy Switch (EX R&S, x1)
    Energy Restore (EX R&S, x1)
    Switch (EX R&S, x1)
Lanette's Net Search (EX Sandstorm, x1)
Double Full Heal (EX Sandstorm, x1)
    Wally's Training (EX Sandstorm, x1)

    Energy:
    Psychic Energy x29
    Double Colorless Energy x2

The theory behind this is to get the good pokies out fast. Wynaut greatly assists in that with Alluring Smile. Lanette's card and the Wally's card also make this better. Energy trainer cards help power them up faster.

more trainers, less energy, faster pokemon

since this is an unlimited deck, you could use the old energy removals instead of energy removal 2's, however, seeing that you are using Gardevoir EX, you dont really want them to lose energies. you'll also want to focus your pokemon a bit more, right now the lines are too thin, and way too slow for unlimited. I reccomend dkates unlimited deck building guide, then re-submit your deck idea.

Need a link? It's in the sig. Basically, this deck needs a major revamp. Good news is, you have a lot of options for this.

    Here's my fix:

    -1 Ralts (w/Confuse Ray)
    -2 Ralts (w/Link Blast)
    -10 Psychic Energy

    +2 Ralts (w/Hypnoblast)
    +1 Gastly
    +4 Energy Stadium
    +3 Super Potion
    +3 Copycat

I wanted to make the Gastly line a bit faster, but the tradeoff was making the Ralts line a bit slower. Link Blast isn't always reliable, so I'd make all the Ralts the ones with Hypnoblast. You had quite a bit much on Energy, so I added 4 Energy Stadium, 3 Super Potion, and 3 Copycat in the place of 10 of the Energy. Sure, Super Potion makes you discard an Energy, but it combos well with Energy Stadium in getting that Energy back.

Carrington's on the right track, but even with his fix, the card ratios won't be quite right. Also, don't use Super Potion; use Gold Berry. Energy Stadium may be a good idea, due to the theme of the deck, but 4 is overkill. If you haven't yet, check out the tips I linked to in my signature for more general tips.

You might want to try what I did
Use Alakasam (LC) so you can make sure Gardevoir Ex doesn't go down without a fight

Don't have many of the cards you all are suggesting, though, guys.
