Start with Pachi or Castform and then just get everything out as fast as you can.
Drag Off will become key early and late game.
It targets any threat that could be building in the early game while it also can drag up an annoying setup pokemon like Claydol and slow down a deck a lot. OR just use it to snag a quick KO on a benched basic.
The goal is essentially to fill up all 6 spaces w/ a card that adds 10 damage to your attacks, so you can be doing up to 120 damage with Gatr.
BUT in reality that's not how it works.

Instead of Holon Lake, play Holon Legacy, you have no weakness and dont have to worry bout powers since you dont have any.

    4-2-4 Gatr δ
    3-3 Gyarados δ
    1 Rayquaza Ex δ
    1-1 Claydol GE
    4 Pachirsu

    4 Rare Candy
    2 Holon Lake
    2 Holon Legacy
    3 Quick Ball
    2 Master Ball
    1 Dusk Ball
    3 Celios
    1 Scott
    2 Roseannes Research
    2 TSD or NM
    3 PP or Pokedex Handy

    3 DRE
    3 Scramble
    6 Lightning

I would go that list just because Claydol with some of the fishing engine is just so good for you to setup with Holon Lake, your gonna thin your deck out so quickly that you should setup by t4 or t5 and be doin 70-80 with just drag off. TSD to get back Koed pokes or Nm with Claydol replisnhes that hand back.

Thats just how my list would be and I would tech a MT Gyarados for a Magmortar matchup.
