so this isnt like super specific advice lol but my son and i are getting pretty into the whole pokemon tcg thing. we bought kyrem decks and we play all the time!!! weve even been buying booster packs to make our decks better which is awesome.

unfortunately, sometimes my son gets a bit tired and upset after so many games. anything i can do to keep him from being such a baby? he's nine so maybe its just how it is lol. i also notice that i usually beat him. any way i could maybe help him not be so bad?

thanks!

Some of the only advice i can really give is just practice. Just every time before you attack, or are going to be shuffling your hand into your deck, or getting a new hand, see what you have, and see if you can make a good play before attacking. Make sure you have done everything you could have done before ending your turn because its so awful when you loose because of a mis-play.... During your opponents turn, watch what he does, and think what you can do to counter it your next turn. Try to stay "1 step ahead" - When you and your son are playing, maybe take a look at his hand to help him, because he is young, and probably misses some of the cards in his hand and show him. NOW about your son getting mad, honestly just tell him to chill out because its a game! So goodluck! :)
