During your opponent's next turn, if your opponent's Active Pokemon tries to attack, if you discard another copy of "Ghetsis's Intimidation" from your hand, discard your opponent's Active Pokemon and all cards attached to it (it doesn't get to attack). This does not count as a Knock Out.

I'm pretty sure that's meant to be a joke. I personally say this is a good and powerful card. All I can see for reasoning is that it's a Plasma card.
