    14 psychic :psychic:
    2 d.r.e

    strategy:
try to get bannette out as fast as possible, using ascention, hit for a fast 70
and then whoop anything that comes at front, hopefully using another bannette, mainly dominating from
the very beginning. the poke line is mainly for back up purposes, the unknown
gives you +10 hp, the sableye discards the top card, and the minun gives you
    extra(situational)drawing power.

    comments, and please...fixes....

    best regards!

You need a way to beat Magmortar.............

    -2 Shuppet SW
    -1 Minun
    -1 Sableye
    -1 Unown (whatever "item" is)
    -4 ER2
-2 Battle Frontier (I understand that it's good for delcatty but you need Lake Boundry more)
-3 Holon Advintuer (not so good whithout delta pokemon in the deck)
-2 Cessation Crystal (if you put in the Lunarock idea it'l mess you up)
    -2 Dusk Ball
    -1 Master Ball
    -1 Great Ball

    +2 Shuppet CG
    +2 Lunatone
    +2 Solrock
    +2 Clalmperl
+2 Gorebyss (a good counter for Magmortar)
+4 Quick Ball (this is a great card for getting Bannette out fast, then discard it with TVR)
    +3 Felicity's Drawing
    +1 TV Reporter

    I hope this helps!

Take out unkown, and maybe sableye. It will slow down your t2b. you can try solrock and lunarock, they are usefull in this deck.

There is 6x Master Ball, use Celios and Roseanne's, now you have only 6 supporters, you can run 12 -16 whitout a problem.

4 warp point. Bannette works on the element of surprise. No gallade is going to come out against you until it can 1-shot you and know nothing else is coming up. You force them up you'll have a much better shot on getting the early advantage.

Well, if Gallade wont come out against you, just enjoy your easy 6 prizes. Besides with Lake Boundary you OHKO Gallade and without it you OHKO everything else (except for Furret). Banette has the upper hand in GG matchup.

Felicity is a waste of time drop those, add castaway. What is up with all the balls?!?! Celios and Roseannes take up less space.

To get the Banette's back and thin the deck in a turn. Ball = get banette then discard with TV Rep/Felicity or something similar with Lunatone.

*sighs because he is actually helping the deck that cost him fiirst at states today*
You need to run 4 crystal guardian shuppets.
I would also take out the unknown and add in 1 either one warp point or 1 sableye more.

Other than the above statements it looks pretty decent
