Hey guys :chuncky:

I've been thinking about the recently revealed Giant Plant Forest:

Giant Plant Forest – Trainer
Stadium
Each player’s [G] Pokemon can Evolve during the first turn and on the turn they were put into play.

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can’t play this card.

Unless I'm mistaken or if they change it in Ancient Origins, this works for Grass even if they evolve into a different type. Such as Pineco [G] evolving into Forretress [M], since it says "[G] Pokemon can evolve". Which means that damage dependent decks such as M-Gallade, or perhaps the future M-Tyranitar (which by the way is redonkulous), will have a leg up come Rotation time.

Play GPF -> T1 Forretress; Thorn Tempest -> T2 play Dimension Valley -> M-Gallade uses Unwavering Blade; 110 (120) to active, 30 (40) to each of the opponent's benched Pokemon.

Everyone is clamoring over Vileplume, Victreebel, etc. i'm looking at the pinecone chucking lawn darts at your opponent

Why not just play Forretress T2 before Dimension Valley? You don't need the damage there T1 anyway.

I was just speaking theoretically. Everyone has their own take on a certain deck. Plus M-Tyranitar will probably make better use of it than Gallade. Forretress spreads all that damage early game, Tyranitar will then be able to one-shot anything (if you are able to get at least 2 Forretress out anyway 110+20+(60x2) = 250 to the Defending)
