Grey Buttons ???????

Hey i am not sure this topic has been beaten to death but couldn't find anything using search function.

I am new to Pokemon TCG online and downloaded the game.
I can do the Trainer fights fine... but everything else is just grey, all other buttons are grey.
I can't unlock more decks, i can't play against other people, i can't go to the shop..... i just can't do anything else than regular Trainer NPC fights.

And no, i am not guesting. I am registered and it shows my username and all....

Could it be that the server is down or something ????

If the server was down, you couldn't even play the Trainer Challenge.
When you first start the game, there is a menu page.
Does it let you do anything from there?
IE it should have buttons for Shop/Deckbuilding/etc.

Other than that, you might need a Pokemon website account?

Also when on the various screens (like trainer challenge) it has a button in the top right that makes a menu "pop out".
See if you can use any of those options?
