It is who you think Matt and he finished 9th!!! Cut line is 8th. He played great though! The Tad is a different Tad as Tad won an invite @ Anderson GC (remember Matt!)

A Loooooooong night for all and the 15+ is still going, shortly after 1am local time. Staff has to be back on the floor by 8 am for deck regis. and any last minute set up issues.

Keith

I think I saw a Japanese player use Metanite at table 1 in the last round against a Ludicolo deck... if both made it then there's two of the decks. I don't know the rest.

We didn't get done until about 3:00 AM.

Any news on the decks played? What was Japan.dec this year?

Is they're any chance of someone posting up the complete standings somewhere?

All I know deckwise is...

9-0 Was a Metanight

I believe the 8-1 Ludi was Ludi w/ Scizor ex

Sean Foisy played LBS

One of the decks was Machamp, (DOES IT!!!) Whoever played it actually was the one that elminated Yamato from Contention in round 9!

Gino's a player from the New Yorkish area who lost to Magnechu's LBS in the finals of the Brooklyn, NY gym challenge with 'Queen.

Seriously, they must have been pretty unusual builds, I would have thought that the Ludi, Metanight and Machamp would all loose consistantly to LBS.

Yes, but remember that many decks that eat LBS has autoloss agiainst deck as Metanite
Metanite eats the great part of the decks if we don't consider LBS.
