    Strategy:
    1. Gyarados
Gyarados is the main attacker. It can use Flail when its HP is low, and Enrage to attack the opponent's hand.
    2. Milotic
Milotic's Sharing can borrow 1 of your opponent's Supporters once per turn. Pretty handy if they use Castaway.
    3. Xatu
Xatu's Psycho Shift removes Confusion from Gyarados and puts it on the opponent. Sniping attack is good.
    4. Windstorm
Gets rid of Cessation Crystal, and Buffer Piece
    5. Chingling
Chingling gets a Supporter every turn
    6. Chimecho
When evolved from Chingling, it gets 3 cards per turn.
    7. Jolteon *
Damages the opponent, and triggers Flail
    8. Unown E
    Increases Gyarados's HP by 10
    9. Tropius
    Removes Confusion from Gyarados
    10. Castaway
Handy to get an Energy, a Tool, and a Supporter
    11. Scott
    Gets 3 Supporters
    12. Celio's Network
    Gets any Pokemon, very nifty
    13. Holon Mentor
Helps get basics, can get Jolteon * and Tropius
    14. Night Maintenance
    Gets KO'ed Pokemon back
    15. Warp Point
Heals Confusion, Gyarados has high retreat, messes up opponent
    16. Strength Charm
Adds 10 damage, helps for the KO
    17. Buffer Piece
    Can save from a KO
    18. Island Hermit
    Draw power, reveals prizes
    19. Water Energy
    Dragon Rage, Enrage
    20. Psychic Energy
    Mind Bend, Energy Singe
    21. Holon Energy WP
Protects Gyarados from effects, free retreat
    22. DRE
Flare, Dragon Rage, Dig Under, Double Edge, Energy Singe, Enrage
    23. Scramble
Flare, Double Edge, really handy for an Enrage comeback
    24. Fighting Energy
    Dig Under, Double Edge

Ow, my eyes they burn!!! No spacing... can't read enough... Not a long enough attention span...
    Just kidding. =P

Just some advice, put more of each pokemon you put in instead of lots of different pokemon, less energies (About 16 - 18) more trainers. Hope that helps. =D
