4. MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS RULE! I will not tolerate anymore underpayed and understamped packages. I am sick of those annoying fees. Even if they are small they are annoying and the mail lady will not give me my mail unless I pay the fee, which should'nt be my fee. Package everything like your suppose to. I will not only leave NEUTRAL reff I will send back underpayed also so the post office wins in the end =_=..... So pls send with enough stamps I will do my best to do the same

Well I need claydols, Dusknoir Lv.X, Leafeon Lv.X, The original Dusknoir from Diamond and Pearl, and Staple trainers like Cynthia's Feelings, Roseann's Research, luxury balls, and rare candies. Well then Im not sending to anybody out of the U.S. then. Their -_-

Gym rules state that lowest refs sends first. It says nothing about where people live. If you want to trade with people out of the U.S. then you must send first. Remember that gym rules trump a traders rules. Please edit out of your first post the statement that overseas traders must send first. Thank You, evil spyduck

Well I could add 1 Dusknoir DP, 2 Luxury Ball and also 2 japanese Cynthias Feelings.
But as evil psyduck already said I am not willing to send first because I have more refs than you. I also have many more refs from the time before the iTrader system was used.
