I'm not saying it can't be viable in certain teams, but it is thoroughly outclassed the majority of the time without dedicating a team around it. 77/90/90 isn't good enough to be a wall. I would much prefer bouffalant's 95/95/95 defenses, with slightly less attack, but about equal type coverage, and nearly equally bad speed for a TR team if you build it slow.
Now I'm not saying that Bouffalant outclasses Druiddgon, but i'm saying that nearly every roll he tries to fill is filled more adquely some OTHER pokemon.
He's still better than Altaria. That means something....somewhere.
