Help: getting back into this game

Hello!
I think this is the right subforum, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, onto the question.
Can someone tell me the awnser to these questions or link me to somewhere which awnsers them:
1) what are the competitive decks at the moment, and which is the cheapest
2) what makes them competitive?
3) what are some strong splash able cards?
4) tech cards at the moment?
5) what is the current rotation?

No this isn't the forum to ask such questions (the "Deck Help and Strategy" forum requires a deck list and deck strategy). I'd move this to a more appropriate forum but you need to determine if you want Standard or Expanded format. Standard is X&Y on up. Expanded is Black & White on up.

So if you want splashable and tech cards, the "Cards: Strategy and Rulings Discussion" forum would be the best forum to get this information.
