Help please !

hey guys.

i got this problem with the PTCGO, the problem is that i can't click on the ''Friend'' icon.
have anybody else experienced that kind of problem?
if somebody has a answer please tell me.

the only thing that i can think of that could cause that is that you are on a "child account" which has certain limitations.if not check the settings in your my pokemon account on the pokemon.com website.

I think there is also a glitch where if you have a _(space) in your name that it wont allow you to befriend people and the icon is also greyed out. If this is the case, you simply need to go to customer support, log in, and file a support ticket requesting that the space be removed so that you may befriend people in the game.

but unfortunaly i did not work i think it is a glitch, and there i nothing to do about it
