HGSS Promos(Is Shuckle obtainable in game?)

Like many of you know, Latios and Latias promo are obtainable in game, but how about the other promos that show up in the Trade wants?

Like Shuckle (HGSS Promo 15).
Was it available at some point?, and if it was... how?

Is there any other HGSS promo obtainable?


If someone know the answer I would appreciate a response.

it was rumored to be obtainable via german promo hgss packs with special ptcgo promo codes,but i myself and i think greybeast and others have yet to see one in ptcgo.

I heard somewhere on pokegym (don't remember which thread), that the shuckle/lapras promo was only released in HGSS sample packs. I have a few HGSS sample packs, but I'm collecting them and wont open them.

I'm going to say no. These cards were released irl in 3 pack bundles. In Germany they included a code in the 3 pack bundle which unlocked Latios or Latias. I don't think the code works anymore though and it seems they were very limited at that. The Shuckle is rumored to be online but only from a few Dutch players. I haven't found any info on it online other than that. I have found 2 people claiming to have it and they are both Dutch and have no idea who each other are. I have offered them 20 packs just to prove they have it by putting it in their binder and they tell me they aren't interested. For the past 3-4 months or so I've had a reoccurring public off that states anyone who has any HGSS promos besides Latios or Latias can trade it in for any 100 packs of their choice which I feel is probably low but with so many people offering 1-3 packs for them constantly I kind of thought offering 30-100x what others are offering would get someones attention. I've also offered anyone 20 packs to prove they have any. I feel as though that's a bit conservative considering I could lose a lot if I were to offer more. The 20 pack offer is meant to find out info for these questions since the site won't help to answer them. I would never leak the persons name who would prove it to keep them safe from players bothering them to trade it. What's the harm in getting a free 20 packs? I still occasionally ask for them in the lobbies when I see several other people asking just so I can prove that there is a 99.9999% chance these cards don't exist online.

Another reason I don't think they exist is the HGSS promo section under collection statistics is showing completed when all I own is Latias and Latios. BW promos on the other hand are not completed and I know for a fact I own every BW promo that is obtainable online. I can see how that sounds a bit contradicting but I can also see how they would go ahead and seal off the HGSS promo collection (and count it completed if you have Latios and Latias) since its long over with knowing they will most likely never release anymore and keep the BW promo collection open because they might still find a way to release some of them.

That's dissapointing, I mean they should've removed the card from the wants in public offers, like they did with tropical beach. But no, even Tidal wave is still there!

I hope it becomes available through tokens, but I just wonder when they'll introduce this mechanic...

They completely removed Tropical Beach from the collection and IMO they should do that with every card that isn't obtainable. It wouldn't be too hard to add them back into the game if they ever decide to release them. I imagine they removed it because people were complaining about not having it/when is it coming out or because of the extra congestion in public offers from players spamming for a card that doesn't exist. I've been recommending this fix for months. It's a shame they stopped with the 1 card though. I'd like to see all the unobtainables removed or at least hidden behind the scenes and not counted towards collection stats/not being able to ask for them in public.
