I was reading the text on HL Starmie and on the R/S Rainbow Energy. Now if i am not mistaken Starmie says every type of basic energy attached. Rainbow provides all energy types but provides one at a time, now i going to guess because it only provide 1 energy at a time it cant make the damage go beyond 60 for one rainbow plus whatever is attach so it might be higher. Does rainbow count toward the final tally of starmie damage +10 or is it more than +10? i think it would only be +10 because starmie doesnt say basic energy cards attached if so the card needs to be errata?
What is the ruling on this, i think nintendo needs to work on how they word cards too.
