Hmm...I guess this is what happens when you're bored.

Lugia LV. X hp 120 :colorless

:pbody: Mind Storm
As long as Lugia LV. X is your active Pokémon, all Pokémon who more than one type of basic energy required to use an attack only have to use one type of those basic energies in order to use the attack instead. (You still need the same amount of energy attached to the Pokémon in order to use the attack.)

Once per turn, before you attack, if Ho-oh LV. X has the necessary type of basic energy attached to it, Ho-oh LV. X's Sacred Fire attack gains one of the following effects. (Ho-oh LV. X's Sacred Fire attack still keeps its regular effect as well.) You may choose only one of the following effects each turn. If Ho-oh Lv. X has a basic :psychic: attached to it, you may treat one coin flip during your next turn as heads. If Ho-oh Lv. X has a basic :lightning attached to it, after doing damage, you may switch Ho-oh LV. X with one of your bench Pokémon. If Ho-oh LV. X has a basic :water: attached to it, you may flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed. If Ho-oh Lv. X has a basic :fire: attached to it, and if Ho-oh Lv. X would be knocked out during your opponenet's next turn, you may flip a coin. If heads, place Ho-oh LV. X and all cards attached to it on the bottom of your deck, instead of your discard pile. (Your opponent still takes a prize card.)
:fire::fire::fire: Sacred Fire
Flip a coin. If heads, choose one of your opponent's Pokémon. This attack does 100 damage to that Pokémon. This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poké-Powers, Poké-Bodies, or any other effects on the Defending or Benched Pokémon.
Weakness: :water: x2
Resistance: :fighting: -20
Retreat Cost: :colorless:colorless

Oh I love that Ho-oh. I wish it were real!

Haha thanks! Yeah, I struggled a bit with the wording for that. To clarify things, take for example Lugia LV. X's Arial Wing. Normally it has a cost of:water::fire::lightning, but with the Mind Storm Body, you would only have to pay either :water::water::water:, :fire::fire::fire:, or :lightning:lightning:lightning. Does that make any more sense? Sorry if it doesn't.
 
The [P] effect of Sacred Fire is too good. If you combine that with Speed Stadium, then use Clayol or something at the end of your turn, you get your entire deck.
 
Yeah, the Psychic Energy should probably have some limit, like perhaps the first five coin flips you do during a turn? Don't forget about [F], [L], [D], and [M].
 
But lugia has always used the types of the three legendary birds for attacks. Just look at lugia ex. And you might want to make the :fire: effect for sacred fire a coin flip, and add the following text (Your opponent still takes a prize card)

So I finally put a limit on Ho-oh's :psychic: ability. I totally overlooked what that would do combined with Speed Stadium. Now that's some scary stuff! :redface: Do you guys thing one coin flip is enough, because that means Sacred Fire Automatically hits for 100. And if you used the :lightning ability, the coin flip for paralysis isn't fixed anymore.

Yeah, I was going to give Lugia a weakness to :psychic:, but I couldn't fit anymore symbols/ smilies in my post! Anyways, when compared to this Ho-oh, Lugia seems a bit overshadowed, so I guess it's only fair not to give him a weakness to make him more desirable? Maybe? Well if you guys liked these I guess I could make more sometime in the future. I've been trying to make a fake card, image and all, on my own but that hasn't worked out at all. Oh well.
