Holon WP versus Cresselia Lv X

Holon WP ignores the effects of attacks from your opponents Pokemon if you have a water attached. Because of this, I was wondering whether or not it ignored the effect of cresselias attack which allows your opponent to draw an extra prize when they knock your pokemon out.

That is not an effect on the Knocked Out Pokemon. That Pokemon is in the discard pile by that time, along with the Holon WP.
So Holon WP doesn't prevent it.
