Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars
And elite4allen exactly what deck would you use??

I have already made a secret disruption list to take to worlds next year, now i have to wait for the cards to come out. i can PM my idea to you if you want as long as it stays secret.

PS: I'm saving my money to possibly pay my way to worlds next year, at the LCQ i'll use luxchomp.

Next year i'm finnally moving up to seniors!!!!

im always so suprised that a good bit of the intelligent people, or mature people here are all young, i just assumed everyone on here was 20-ish.

also fossil and jungle are 62 and 64 card sets respectively

no not me im not even teen.

on topic 90 is a set you can collect the good cards faster. Be happy about that.

There are quite a few 20 somethings here (myself included) but there are a LOT of younger players, too. :)

Like I said earlier, I don't mind smaller sets existing, I just wish they'd break up the smaller sets with a few big ones now and again. the last two sets were 90 something, and now the next one is, too. There's something to be said about the ease of collecting the smaller sets, but for me the challenge of a bigger set is much more exciting, and it means I trade more frequently to get the cards I need.

For example, it took me less than a month to collect Undaunted. Now what? I have the cards I want, I have a deck I like...... so I wait. I have nothing to trade for, no real reason other than battling to socialize at my league. Granted, I can trade for more of certain cards, especially if it's a trade to help out a younger player, but there's not much in it for me other than my own satisaction. Some of the really big sets can take up to a YEAR to collect, keeping me entertained and engaged the whole time.

Then again, you've got leagues like mine, where virtually all of the kids scrape and save just for their one or two packs a week. These kids have never and likely will never complete a single set, not even ignoring RHs. Then they spend all their time trying to trade for the two or three cards to make their (old-style) deck worthwhile playing. I'm guessing this is far more common than those that get a box or two of each set and complete each set rather easily. For kids like this, having smaller sets makes it easier for them to get what they need to build their decks before the next set drops.

I REALLY like the new design for the Theme Decks. Actually getting a look at the "Draw Card" in the deck is a fantastic alternative to just a drawing of the Pokemon in question. Plus, there's that nice massive banner across the front screaming about the new FREE BOOSTER PACK in each PCD. My kids are gonna eat these things up!!

Undaunted: Unshaken in purpose/resolutely courageous

Vocab for the win.

I think I've seen worse names for sets. Like, Legend Makers and Sandstorm. I do wonder, however, how long they plan to undertake this unwavering, unbelievable, and firmly unshakable resolve of theirs to start all the HGSS set names with 'un'. It can be a bit unimaginative and most find it, frankly, unimpressive.

Raichu Prime! I really want a Dragonite Prime, but a Raichu Prime Lv. X deck sounds great too. I hope it isn't a super weak prime to make up for the Lv. X factor. That would be so unfair, in my opinion.

Gengar Prime? Unreal. The current Gengars and their Lv. X are already powerful enough without him joining the club!

I think I can get to like this new set. It'll be interesting seeing all the new decks that others come up with.

Edit: It does suck that sometimes the Japanese get cards that Americans never can, but it seems these things are just unavoidable.
