After a few years of running "I Play Theme Decks" tournament (did I start that in 2009?), I've finally found a way to create a live version of the tournament.
I will be piloting the concept at the Northern Neck Pokemon league in Warsaw, VA throughout the summer.
If the concept works, I may consider taking the tournament to NATS and offering it in a larger format and scale.
For those of you within driving distance of Warsaw, VA, I will post dates of upcoming pilot tournaments at our leagues website ( www.warsawpokemon.com) and IN THIS THREAD.
For those of you who are far away, but are interested in the outcome of concept development, I will post updates in this thread as well.
The PokeGym version of "I Play Theme Decks" will take place this summer instead of spring.
