Its fun to use and if you have not used it you should try it in your
next deck

The 'ex' should not be capitalized. Baby Pokémon do not exist anymore, it should be basic instead. It doesn't have good enough moves and health to be worth the two Prize cards it'll cost you. Also, assuming that it were a Baby, you could only evolve it into Jigglypuff ex, which probably wouldn't be worth it either.
