Hello Poke Fans,

Im new to the game and just need a question answered if you have the time. I have read several blogs and read the Pokemon Prof rules but can not seem to find the answer to my question.

Question is : If I have a 2 Empoleon LV.X on the field can I used Supreme Command Twice?

this is a answer i found at http://compendium.pokegym.net/compendium-lvx.html witch states

....Q. If I have 2 of the same Pokémon in play that have a Pokémon Power, can I use that power twice? What powers wouldn't be useable twice, or more for that matter?

...A. Sure, depends on the particular power though. If you had two Muks for example, then only one power is necessary. (May 11, 2000 WotC Chat, Q60 & Q81)

Having to Empoleon LV.X meens you have 2 different pokemon with the same name. Each of those pokemon have a power that should be ables to use once? Meaning that if you had two in play you can remove 4 cards at a time from play?

Unlike a Pokemon Body such as Giratina LV.X ( Invisible Tentacles ) that states Only one Invisible Tentacles can be used per turn , even if you where to have 2 Girantina LV.X only one of those power can be used per turn.

On Empoleon LV.X there is no such text saying that only one Supreme Commander can be used be turn.

I await all of your input on this conversation , everyones opinion is welcome.

My takes is that Empoleons LV.X power can only be used once by that particular Empoleon LV.X , So if you have to Empoleons Lv.X on the field each one can used there respective powers once .

Thank you

Yes, there is no restriction on Supreme Command that you can only use one per turn, so you could use two if you have two Empoleon LvX

By the way, I'm on the Pokemon Rules Team, so this is the correct answer.
You can ask rulings questions in our Ask the Rules Team forum and get answers that are considered official by Pokemon Organized Play.

I see now that you did post there.

Please don't post a question in multiple forums.
