Im new and need deck help

Could anyone help me make my deck better?

x2 ninja boy
x2 Lugia (1 energy 30 dmg , 3 energy 120 dmg)
x2 tauros (2 energy 60 dmg)

x3 machop (1 energy 10 dmg , 2 energy 20+40 if heads)
x3 machoke (1 energy 30 dmg , 3 energy 50+70 if heads)
x3 machamp (2 energy 20x each fighting type in discard pile , 3 energy 200 dmg - 50 to self)

x4 rockruff (2 energy 20 dmg)
x4 lycanrock (1 energy 30 dmg , 3 energy 150 damage but can't use next turn)

x2 bede
x4 pokekid
x2 rescue stretcher
x1 training court
x4 sonia
x2 professors research

That should be them all but i probably forgot a card or 2

Feel free to give me suggestions on how to make my deck better . I have alot of cards at hand .

If your focus is around the Machamp, i would suggest adding in Quick Ball or Ultra Ball to help Discard Fighting Pokemon. Battle Compressor would work also.
As for your Pokemon - run Stage 1 and Stage 2 Fighting Pokemon - doesn't matter which ones, they're just Discard fodder. Think about that for now....

I would suggest 4 Professor's Research. Discarding your hand may seem drastic, but consider that your hand may be small when you use it or the cards that are in your hand aren't useful at the moment if you haven't already played them. You can add other cards that help you get back those discarded cards too.

Speaking of adding other cards, it looks like your list is less than 60 cards. What energy cards are you thinking about using?
