well rather than get completely down about this how about anyone in the USA telling us the following...

2) What was the context?

I did put a bug in Dave Schwimmer's ear, and hopefully this was the result.

I hope this wasn't the result of your bug in Dave's ear Marsh otherwise what we have is an announcement that allows PUI to walk away from any commitment to International OP with the line Not all events listed are available in all countries

We can announce that at the moment there is OP supported by us fans and some generous individuals and companies but none supported by PUI or Nintendo and from the looks of it now no commitment to it either.... oh well
