Iron Chef Leader
Welcome to the Iron Chef 2011-12 Championship. We have seen some of the best deckbuilders in the game fall and triumph round after round, until we are down to our final two players.

Cyrus vs goldedda

Cyrus- John Kettler
This is one of the best players in the game. His accomplishments are quite substantial, his uncanny ability to create a deck that is great for a metagame while having the most consistent list capable. It is no surprise he is in this position to take the title of, "The Iron Chef Champion." He knows the ends and outs of this competition, simply because he used to be the guy running this prestigious 'gym tournament. He has not settled down, all of his entries have been quite remarkable, showing creativity and amazing consistency. John had his toughest matchup against one of the BEST Iron Chef competitors, Rainbowgym. She was hanging with Cyrus throughout the entire tournament and when they faced off, it was an epic matchup. Cyrus was the overall #1 seed entering the elimination rounds.
GOOD LUCK, John
.

goldedda-Edmund Kuras
This guy is a worlds competitor, and multiple cities and br's winner wih top cuts in nearly every tournament he enters. He knows the meaning of success. Him being in the finals is still a shock to me because of the competition. His matchup with Waynegg was a good one. I truly thought Waynegg would oust him because he too is a VERY good deck builder. Waynegg actually beat him barely in the deck competition, but that was not the only part of the challenge. Online gameplay was a part of it in which goldedda thrived, winning 3-0 to move onto the next round. Edmund has the ability to be very creative, I have actually played against him a couple of times so I know how good he really is. He can create great metagame decks with just a simple tech. Edmund is definitely a "tech" expert. Goldedda was the overall #15 seed entering the elimination rounds.
GOOD LUCK, Edmund.

This Challenge is a true skill challenge. It is also a very basic challenge, but in order to impress me it has got to be outstanding. This challenge is called, "Free-Art." Time for the most basic explanation...
In this challenge, you will not be given a card to base a deck around. You will not be given an idea of a type of deck to build. This challenge is simply build anything from any set. Make something extremely creative, extremely consistent, and have insane card usage. Basically, the deck MUST be flawless with whatever your goal of the deck is. So, build whatever you like with today's rules. Impress, impress, impress, impress!!!!!

This may seem silly but I believe it is the best way to actually see who is the MOST creative player, MOST consistent with their list, and MOST usage of their cards.

Ban List-SP Pokemon(never creative with these guys)
Delta Pokemon Stage 2's
Claydol
Uxie
Bebe's Search
Special Energy cards...You may use Pokemon that can be used for energy i.e. Holons Castform.

The Format for this Challenge will be Base Set-NV
There will also be an online matchup with Redshark. It will be a total of 3 games, each win is worth 1 point.

In case of a tie, I have a new tiebreaker. There will be another challenge, but lets hope we don't have to go that far:)

Also, when you submit your entry, there is another requirement. You must provide a link of every card. This will make scoring your entry a bit easier.

DEADLINE= January 11 2012 11 PM Central Standard Time.

GOOD LUCK Cyrus and Goldedda!

Goldedda and I have made contact, and boy does his deck look familiar haha. Anyways, we're one game in, with two games left for tomorrow.
