I'm the only one who played Gengar DP at Worlds and now i'm supposed to do a deck with it!
IT's AMAZING!
The problem is the format is totally different, so i can't use TheRing.deck...LOOL!!!
 
Until then...Prepare yourselves, pods one through four! You will be doing DP-on AGAIN - only this time all of the cards will be pre-Legends Awakened! :D

Lia, you misinterpret what I said.

The format is still official DP-on (as mandated by POP...Meaning DP-LA). However, the challenges are pre-legends awakened. This is because ALL of the challenges in round one were Legends Awakened.

I would not change the format on you all soon.

JUst to get this straight: The format is DP-LA, but none of the cards we get to work with will be from LA, right?

Yup: All sets that would be legal for Battle Roads are legal for this challenge - you just don't have any legends awakened cards as the main theme (in other words, Raikou, Entei, Gengar, and Ursaring are NOT from Legends Awakened...haha).
 
John, seems I am not the only one who doesn't understand it.

I already made my deck with cards only from DP-MD, but I could have used LA?????
IN that case I will make a new list, much easier if LA can be used.

Keep in mind, it's not always clear for people who's first language isn't English to understand what is said.
Please chance it in a way everybody (non-english) knows exactly WHICH cards to use.

Just a simple misunderstanding. It is clear on the main threads that you "can" use Legends Awakened, and is only a little unclear here (because I used the word "mandated"???).

Either way, it's all good.
 
I am so doomed for the second challenge. I've never even thought of using Gengar before. I probably am gonna get low points for card use and creativity. >_>
 
I know exactly how I want to use Ursaring. It's just in the details right now.

At last year's fall BR I had a winning record with a Gengar deck. Though the lack of DRE in the format hurts

BTW... on the standing it says my name is astewar it's supossed to be astewart as in Alex Stewart
LOL i can get very picky :p
