I've been wondering...

    Since I started playing the Pokemon TCG again, almost exactly 1 yr ago, I've been wondering...
    What exactly does "ex" mean? What exactly in a "ex pokmon" What do they represent? I understand δ and LV.X, but I still have no clue what an ex is:confused:

    Yep, as far as I know, this is correct. There are a few cards out there with the word extra in their power or attack. Absol from LM had an attack called Extra Call that let you search your deck for an ex. There was also Altaria ex that had the PokePower: Extra Boost; this power let you attach a basic energy to your stage two ext. There are probably more that I am forgetting.

    Extra actually makes a lot more sense for the lv. x's...
