What do you guys think? I would prefer this set in Doubles in Trick Room in lower tiers. (NFE) (NU)
This is Jigglypuff only. I will not accept evolving it. Anyway, I would like any suggestion for this Pokemon. PMysterious signing off. :thumb:

To put it simply, this would never work in NU. Wigglytuff is NU and a much better option. I understand that you want to use Jigglypuff, but you shouldn't even consider it for NU.

But if you're determined...

1. You have no physical moves, why do you have Attack EVs? And your speed is abysmal, especially if you're using TR. Switch to all HP or defenses instead of Speed.

2. Focus Sash just won't cut it if you're not in TR. Eviolite might.

3. I honestly don't think you'll have time to set up Work Up unless you have a Sub up. Maybe Sub+Leftovers?

4. If not, switch the item to Life Orb and swap Work Up for maybe Wish.

5. Again, do not use this in NU. If you're going to use it, go for NFE. I'd love to use Pikachu in Ubers, but it just doesn't have the stats to compete. Use your favorites where they aren't overshadowed and KOd in one hit by almost everything else.

I don't like Sash on here. You have setup moves which won't do you much good unless you can keep Puff in for more than 2 rounds. I see an endeavor quick attack set working better than this.

Don't even have 4 EVs in attack, use those in literally any other stat.

Also, a Jigglypuff set that I have actually used in OU, although it's more for fun, is this.

Jigglypuff
Nature: Gentle
Item: Focus Sash
EVs: 252 HP/252 Sp D/4 Speed
Moves:
Counter
Protect
Sing/Thunder Wave/Toxic/Pain Split/Heal Bell
Perish Song

The point is to predict a physical move and counter, or use Perish Song/Protect to stall. You could use this in any tier, and Wigglytuff would probably work better, but I found it amusing to use Jigglypuff. Just make sure that it doesn't have entry hazards to deal with, as those would break the sash. It also has to come from Emerald/FR/LG, as that's the only place you can get Counter on Jigglypuff, iirc.

Something like Protect and Last Resort can probably give you all sorts of giggles. For what it's worth, Jigglypuff can also toss out rather large Wishes (as it still has more base HP than many fully evolved Pokemon).
