Edit: Couple of notes. Firstly, Serene Grace's wording is meant to imply that you must declare that you are using Serene Grace before flipping (when you would flip a coin... implying 'instead of flipping, do this'). Secondly, I'm not sure requiring Jirachi to be active is necessary. It might be too much of a counterbalance.

I dunno if I'd want to be attacking with something that has 110 HP, even with the obscure Fire weakness. Shaymin gets away with it because of great typing and a stupidly powerful attack. Jirachi... eh.

Besides, this is more thematically correct. :D
 
I like this theoretical card. If it were real it would punk out Fliptini so bad. Being able to decide heads or tails. It would pair perfectly with cards like Zapdos ND, Klinklang BW, anything that gets more damage from flips. Supporter cards like Hooligans would be broken, Trainer cards like PokeBall or Crushing Hammer would be staple in a lot of decks. I'm rambling aren't I? :redface:

1. You can only use it once per turn. So only one coin flip per turn can be decided.
2. You can't use it for attacks (it must be before your attack).
 
Shame that Jirachi has a retreat cost. Would of made it easier to use a Switch, then retreat Jirachi when you're done. With any retreat cost you'd need 2 Switches if you didn't want to burn through your energy.
 
It's a Basic, so Skyarrow is an option. You can also use it alongside Keldeo's Step In, or Darkrai's Dark Cloak.
