Anyway, while Nintendo didn't lose the lawsuit, they probably came to some kind of agreement with him to not publish anymore Kadabra cards. While no one at the company has ever said this, it's the only thing that makes sense.

Either that, or they realized he took personal insult at the use of his name and they didn't want to insult him. Of couse, if this were the case, you'd think they'd stop using the character in all aspects, so I don't think this is it.
