Ok, I'm assuming that when it becomes a Mega, whichever ability it formerly had will be replaced by Parental Bond. However, which ability might be more useful otherwise - when it's not in it's Mega form - Scrappy, or Early Bird? I'm in the process of breeding for IV's now, so I'm trying to get a feel for this pokemon. I'm pretty sure of the moveset I want for doubles, but I'll work on that later when I'm doing the EV's.

Go scrappy. The ability to hit ghost Pokemon with Normal and Fighting moves is huge. Aegislash is a very common Pokemon to run into. I less switch can make or break a battle. Plus with that ability, A Kangaskhan with Fake Out, Powerup Punch, Sucker Punch and Return will have no issues dealing with ghost types.
