    Including Buck's training.

Since it's focused around energy in the discard, how about felicity's drawing?

    Misty's Wrath (Gym Heroes)
    Computer Search (Base Set)
    Item Finder (Base Set)
Prof. Oak (Base Set) work as well, if that's what he's getting at.

Firstly, thx for your advice, but this is not an unlimited deck, but an ex TRR on deck...and my plan is mainly use its second attack, that's y i didnt put in any felicity's.........and roseanne's >mentor as it gives me energies to discard with kingdra's second attack

Well, I might play some Swoop! Teleporter (TRR) and some pokemon reversal. You might want to add some ATM Rock or ATM ice and maybe some Scramble Energy.

if you want trr on play the holon engine, it's faster than anything else out there. Delcatty over Claydol, even if you don't want to discard cards you should, the first attack is good.

might as well make is modified...
    use night maintenence
