LCQ at Worlds - decklist?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but do you need a decklist to participate in the LCQ at Worlds? And if you do need a decklist, can you print it up at home (using Steve's list) or do you have to fill it out in person at Worlds? Thanks!

Speaking as someone who helps run these events, we always love getting deck lists on SteveP's program or Bebe's Search program.
They add up all the cards and check for Modified format.
What's not to like?
